Ignore the no truck signs on valley view. Closed on weekends. 1st come 1st served. Waited almost three hours.

They do not have good customer service. Had placed a order with them and my order did not arrive. When I asked about it through email they could not find it. I had to call and they tell me they are shutting down that part of there production. They never made my cords even after I had emailed them a month prior and they gave me a shipping date. First take Exit 18 from 271....You can take both E Aurora St & Highland rd to Valley View Rd...There are NO TRUCKS signs on both entrance but don’t worry that’s the only ways to go to that warehouse & there is no overnight parking cz they have electric fence there..I got stuck when I saw the NO TRUCK sings so I don’t want anyone to be stuck over there like I was,,thanks
