Just saw this today. Stay away.
Trey Payne and TP3 Building Solutions commenced demolition work on my home renovation without a permit and was caught by Pinellas County. TP3 never did the plans or engineering for the permit and lied to me about the permit. In addition, they did not pay the subcontractor and kept my deposit. Stay away from TP3 Building Solutions and don't become the next victim.
Avoid this company. They take your deposit, never do the work, make excuses, and refuse to refund your money.
Subcontractors and homeowners beware!!! Do not do business with this construction company! If they actually do finish the project, he will not pay you! I'm owed money from a project finished months ago. Ignores your emails and messages. Under investigation by the PCCLB! Scammers
