This place is a horrible company. Their turnover rate is high because they rip off their long term employees, let them go and hire convicts and kids out of high school that will work for less money. Their employer skill set is low. Their craftsman ship is terrible. They don't finish jobs that they start and they over charge their customers. If I could rate them negatively I would. They are nothing but con artists. If you want good quality experienced workers, take your work somewhere else.
