IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE – My car got into a terrible accident, the bumper and side were completely damaged. I took it into Toyotec, and although it was busy, the owner himself helped me sort everything out right away. Now my car is as good as new. Cheap prices and great services!!!
ALERT!! RUDE and SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!! – as soon as they find out I have insurance. $700 cash service becomes $2200. I had to pay just deductible anyway, so it was OK nightmare started after that. THEY USE 3rd party CHEAP supplies. I had to go there so many times and ask them to replace it. the owner has very bad attitude saying he does not have all day for me (even though I had to wait there for an hour). WARNING: DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! – Dont trust these people. I took my car to this place because a friend had heard about them. Little did I know what I was getting myself into!!! Kept getting the run-around. Finally, after a week of having my car, they charged me ridiculous price for simple work. My car still isnt running correctly!! It's actually worse than when I took it to them. Paid dealership price for terrible service. Be careful!!!!
Good service, reasonable rates – My car was involved in an accident. After calling a few dealerships a friend recommended contacting Toyotec. Their staff were very professional yet friendly, and explained and showed all of the problems clearly. I found their prices to be very reasonable (less than dealerships) yet on my request they used manufacturer parts. Best of all they provided a free loaner car for the duration of the repair work. I highly recommend Toyotec. Ask for David.

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. You are better off taking your car to the dealership where at least you will be paying for guranteed work. Further, you will probably encounter more honest people at dealership than these folks. Be careful!
