Eric was great! The service guy Eric was so helpful and knowledgable. He helped us price match and even got us a shuttle. He was really personable and made sure we were completely happy when we left. We were...thanks to him.

Unfortunate situation made much easier by Toyota of Lakewood service. An unfortunately expensive situation was made much more pleasant by an honest, efficient technician. Not only was the call back to explain the issue quick, but the person was able to explain it in honest detail and I was able to google and search to cross check everything he said. Other places have made me feel stupid and cheated but Toyota of Lakewood made me feel I was spending my money in the right place to fix the real problem.
2018 Tacoma TRD Pro Mark, Carter, Deron, and Donnie are always professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
