Worst ever. Appointment was set. Got cancelled last minute, wasting my time drive from NY and got here for nothing! Never ever gonna come again here
I had a disappointing experience with Toyota World of Clinton. When I called, the person who assisted me, Kate, told me she would call me back once the vehicle parts were available. Unfortunately, three months passed and I never received a call or any follow-up. Because of the lack of communication, I decided to take my car to Hudson Toyota instead. Needed a part for my windshield and the parts person was very helpful and explained what the part does and what determines if it was a foreign or domestic part. He ordered it promptly for me and they will call me when it comes in. Nice guy will go back for if any other issues
It was a very pleasant experience. In the past I had my vehicle serviced at another location. It was much more cunbersome and I was there for hours. I found this visit to be quick and to the point. I will definitely return. I also encouraged my partner to bring his vehicle there as well.
