First off, let me say that the technician I was working with is TERRIBLE. That green box you are seeing is the fuse for the alternator 140a and others. Chris Frey and Brandon Jarvis was being sleezy at a freaking Toyota dealership bro... I checked continuity on this fuse and it was actually good, on all 4 pronges... That means the fuse wasn't broken. Yet this guy was telling me, as you can see in the report, that he "found" the fuse broken and wanted me to pay an extra $1000 because he has to take apart the fuse base box, wh... read more
I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and they made it happen. Having sold cars before, I can honestly say this was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever been part of. I’m terrible with names, but Mike, the manager, has an outstanding team.
Don't trust what you see online. They will bait you with one car then try and switch you to another or just sell the car right out from under you.
