Such a poor first visit. I called yesterday and spoke with Hasibullah Amarkhail and explain that we are interested to purchase a car similar with Ford Transit Connect or any cargo looking car for commercial use. He reply me that he does not know what “Cargo” means and i tried to explain him that i need to be able to transport packages and use it for a business. We chose the car (2019 Mirai) online the day before, made an appointment to test drive it, and met with Derek Cheng for the test drive and paperwork. Derek was very professional and helpful, and not pushy at all (not at all like the sleazy car salesmen of old), and the price was set (i.e. no negotiation or attempts to upsell) which made for a very positive car-buying experience. Why doesn't every dealership sell cars like this?
We bought our car from this location, and we always serviced it at their location, as regularly as they deemed necessary. Last two services - they charged us although we had free service package and they said 'oh, we did not realize that' after 30mins of conversations. They did not take care of basic things in the service. We were okay, but a month later, we took the car back to sell it because I actually did not want to deal with service any more.
