Great service
Customer service is so bad every time I call for parts takes forever
They do not price match their own online pricing unlike other dealerships which do. You can order parts for pickup through their online website and pick them up at the dealership for a cheaper price. Seems a bit backwards instead of just price matching in store. If you’re trying to price match (from their own website) I’d go to a different dealership. My gasket was $25 ($15 on their own website) vs $17 at Stevens creek.
I consistently had disappointing experiences at Toyota Sunnyvale Dealer. I ordered a diagnostic for my car and paid for it, but the real issues were not identified. Instead, I was given a costly maintenance list unrelated to the problem I reported. The mechanics seemed unprofessional, and the service staff did not attempt to help resolve my issues, instead making excuses for their inability to address my concerns. Works about as well as any toyota parts center, but their phone system constantly disconnects. They're high enough volume that you can expect a lonnnnng hold time, and you will almost certainly have to call back multiple times since it seems many of their held calls are disconnected.
