I had such a wonderful experience with Eddie in the Parts Department at Sunnyvale Toyota. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to replace the batteries in both of my key fobs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of personal service. My husband is a regular costumer of this dealership. Last year he brought his car for maintenance. It was Sunday. On Monday, when he drove the car to work, the car engine light came on and car started shaking. That day I took the car back to the dealership to fix the issue, they charged me again $270 dollars.
