My husband is a regular costumer of this dealership. Last year he brought his car for maintenance. It was Sunday. On Monday, when he drove the car to work, the car engine light came on and car started shaking. That day I took the car back to the dealership to fix the issue, they charged me again $270 dollars. Great service
Customer service is so bad every time I call for parts takes forever
They do not price match their own online pricing unlike other dealerships which do. You can order parts for pickup through their online website and pick them up at the dealership for a cheaper price. Seems a bit backwards instead of just price matching in store. If you’re trying to price match (from their own website) I’d go to a different dealership. My gasket was $25 ($15 on their own website) vs $17 at Stevens creek.
