I took in my Toyota ****** to be serviced and I was told that the 5k service (which is covered by the extended service I had purchased) covered tire rotation and all fluids checkup. I was called a couple of hours later saying the car was ready. I went back in and the tires and not been rotated and no fluids were topped up. I was sent a video and it did not show tires being rotated, the tires themselves bore no glove marks etc that they had been rotated. The engine bay had no marks that fluids had been topped up. I was just scammed by the service department. I scheduled my Prius for a 30K service. I was told that it needed fluid replacements and air filter replacements. The estimate was $1200. I should have driven right out, but I didn't. They called me an hour after I dropped off the car to say it was ready. When I asked for an itemized bill, they said that their system did a poor job of itemization. However, the bottom line item said Labor Amount $800, Parts $335. The customer filling the complaint was inaccurate in stating we called after 1 hour. We called her after several hours to notify that her vehicle would be ready for pick-up. We use teams in some cases when performing maintenance repairs. We do not charge by the hour but by the job. With multiple techs working on the vehicle it speeds the process along quickly. This was strictly a maintenance repair we were able to use lower skilled tech's from our TXM (quick lube) to help our journeyman expedite this vehicle. We use multi le... read more
I bought a new 2020 Higlander and a new 2020 Avalon from this dealer in July 2020. I received a yellow customer's copy of the Avalon sales contract but to date I have not received the yellow customer's copy of the sales contract. of the Highlander. I contacted the dealership and was referred to the sales department. They said that they would mail my copy to my home address. It never happened. This dealership is terrible. I had an appointment for an airbag recall at 10:00a.m. And the initial estimate I got for how long the repair would take was three hours. Was told at 1:00pm that the technician ran into some problems and should take another hour. At 2:00 they were not done, and I left the dealership Today at 4:30pm with no repair done. I just bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership. I took it into the VW dealership the weekend after buying it for an oil change. I come back to get my car that day and they inform me that the car needs a new transmission - showing me the black oil that's in the transmission pan. I was told that there were no mechanical problems with the car when I bought it, but I don't know how they missed checking the transmission (?).
