I ordered a part from overstocktoyotaparts.com which uses Toyota south Atlanta. In the order form it asks you shipping and billing address. Few days go by and I am waiting on my part checking the status. These fools place the order on hold because the shipping address is different than the billing address and it has to be the same… IDIOTS. Why have that question to distinguish and than will not ship to the shipping address. I call and the guy says “ we can only ship it to the billing address or we have to cancel the order.” ... read more

On a big cross country, I left the key for the Toyota locking lug nuts at home. I was going to buy a new key, but after discussion on the phone, I decided to just replace the locking nuts with regular nuts. They said to drop by. Was in and out in 10 minutes, and they refused any payment. Nice guys, I especially want to give a shout out to TJ. Thanks!
