I cannot express how great this place is. Especially Mark Andrews. Mark helped me so much with my car. Not only is he a good salesperson, but he's such a heartfelt person. I am very happy with the 2025 Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid I purchased from Jaffarian recently. I get 50% more mileage per gallon of gas than my 2012 Toyota RAV 4 gasoline run car that I traded in. Jay Dwyer was outstanding. He helped me by providing different options, explaining the pro's and con's of each option so I could easily make a decision on which car to buy. We had a car in the was in an accident. It was not drivable. The biggest issues were: 1. Lack of communication on when things would get done or when things have gotten done. I wouldn't get calls back on the estimates that were sent to insurance or communication on what was happening. Terrible service 2. Overpromised and underdelivered. Same as #1. Was told when things would start to happen and they didn't. Full of excuses. 3. While our car was there, apparently there was a break-in to the car and they never informed me. We o... read more
