How are the service department people so rude? I went there because I had an emergency to do with my car. The one named Gavin comes out trying to sound like a big shot and starts giving me life advice when all I needed to know was when I could expect to have my vehicle looked at.It didn't even occur to Gavin to give me any pertinent information that would help me resolve my car trouble.
