My recent service was for the 35,000 mile maintenance of my 2023 Rav4 Hybrid. I scheduled via phone (I like to actually talk with a person) -- it took no longer than 2 minutes. The service rep was Lillie -- she was quick, friendly and very thorough. The service time was about an hour and I waited on site. EXCELLENT coffee. The check-out was also thorough and quick -- Lillie reviewed the results of the maintenance, I paid and was soon on my way home. In every respect the service earned the 5 star evaluation.
We always have our two Rav4s serviced at Toyota South (purchased from there as well). They are trustworthy and professional.
Trevor was the service advisor. I like him but he doesn’t return his voicemail messages.
