My husband Cliff and I went for our oil change at Toyota South of Richmond today. We was welcomed by Ashton Lilley. He checked our 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid in and asked if we had any concerns about our vehicle or service today. Ashton gave us updates about our vehicle during our service plus told us to get coffee, cookies, water, etc while we waited. Toyota South is my go to place for servicing my Corolla. They have always been professional and efficient. I just wish they would continue their complimentary oil change/tire rotations! Maybe next Spring!😊
Got into the appointment on time. Service was friendly and fast!
Visit was fine but, it did take a long time for just a tire rotation and fluid check. I had a 4:30 appointment and it was 6:30 almost when I got my vehicle.
