Awesome service and the people were sooo nice!
I scheduled my service appointment because my rear hatch wasn’t working on my 2024 Grand Highlander. They informed me that my car had 2 recalls and one of which would take awhile so they asked me to drop my vehicle off for the day. I live 50 minutes from the dealership, and have 2 children that require transportation during the day. I asked the service department if they would give me a loaner vehicle and was informed they didn’t offer that service so in turn I had my husband schedule the day off work to drive me back and fo... read more

Service has been pretty good. A little slow at times. Service manager seems very engaged with customers.
