I cannot say enough good stuff about Toyota of Dartmouth. From the start they have been so helpful and professional and low-pressure. They found me a great car with everything I need that fits my budget. They really made this process SO much easier than it was when I dealt with Nissan. Dave was absolutely awesome!

One of the worst dealerships. I bought a corolla last year and wanted to trade it in for a used Tacoma....USED! The dealership didn't go down on the price when discussing numbers; so when I asked about wiggle room, I was pretty much told to have a nice day. After I left, I called and spoke with one of the sales managers and he basically explained it is what it is. Overall, this dealership has no issue losing sales and doesn't provide a great customer experience

$2,500 a year later the same sensor is not working. Another Toyota dealership told me Toyota of Dartmouth was responsible and that these parts should not be failing in causing the same check engine light to go on. Toyota of Dartmouth claims no responsibility. this will leave my wife and our two disabled toddlers without a vehicle.
