This dealership is unprofessional and sells lemon cars. I bought a car in April and in August I was told the engine was no good. The dealership GM o Sales and service basically told me to take the car to another dealership to get fix They was telling me it was a tuneup and ir was a bad engine. They started blocking my calls and giving me the run around

I came in for free oil/inspection[ tire rotation].I wrote these 3 things on there form .The check in person and service rep both saw this form and made no comments on it[ i told both that i marked the tires because they didn't rotate them last time].I left car at 8:30 am ask for it back by 3pm.I called them at 2:30 and asked was it ready and if all 3 things where done.The service rep answer YES.When i got there to check out ,rep said i owed them $***** for tire rotation.I said my paperwork showed it was free[but my paperwork... read more

I sold a car here on 3/6/2023 with a sales rep named Sean. They paid off the loan just fine and I was waiting on the title to be sent over to receive the check for the final amount (why they can’t just do a bank transfer I have no idea) after about two weeks I started calling and was told that for some reason they had mailed the check out of state due to my car being financed with an out of state bank. The service advisors want my money and the mechanics break items inside of the auto on each visit. The mechanics will not fix a heater blower motor. When the Air conditioning unit was working before a repair, the mechanic will break the unit. The mechanic will say that a new transmission is needed when there's not a problem. During an oil change, the mechanics will not top off all fluids. If i could give Priority Toyota Hampton -10 stars i would. This dealership is the worst place to do business. My wife and I traded our cars in and they were supposed to pay off both of them. This was 4/14/2021 and its now 5/11/2021 and they have not paid off our vehicles and after contacting honda because both of our accounts are past due they also didn't obtain the correct pay off amount so Toyota told us "that's not our problem, and we have to pay it" Every time i call or go into the store i get told something differen... read more
