This is weird, I ordered a weatherstrip belt for the driver side that came apart... told that I would receive call between two and five . Never received call. Followed up the next day... advised don't show order ever placed... really Toyota, the belt was fine coming in for oil change at exit it was hanging off, really Give me back Mr. Delmon Davis...even if he doesn't care he would never do this in retaliation of a comment.
I have traded with Bill Penney for yrs they have always been great. However I went to trade in my car and they didn’t not give me a far trade and they tact on what I owed to a car that would have been in my budget and I feel it was because they thought I was stupid and dumb. I will never go back. Very disappointed in them
Dropped our car off for an appointment for a recall and when I returned at 6pm they hadn't looked at it yet. They gave us a loaner car. Weird. Came back the next day and a free recall is now $3000+. Also we have no choice because they had already taken the entire dashboard out making inoperable. Managers avoided us, "didn't know", or "weren't here today". It was like a bad movie.
