I always deal with Michelle pratt. She is very informative, and on top of her work whenever I need service. She was not here today, and all the guys in there are rude, don’t return calls, and treat you like a second class citizen. When I texted to ask a question regarding service, I received half answers over an hour later. I don’t know what’s going on in the service department, but they need retraining asap. I will not be returning to this service center if Michelle is not there.
Service appointment was fast and informative. Love their service updates with their mechanics
