Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Paul said the coupon price was invalid since my vehicle required synthetic oil (which is extremely common). Waiting area was at least comfortable for being there that long.
I’ve been going to Folsom Lake Toyota Service since I bought my car over 5 years ago and I am officially never going back. Rocky helped me out today and he was great. Perfect balance of recommendations for the next service without being pushy. Bought a used Honda here a few years ago and they have been great to work with the whole time.
I have been a customer of Folsom Lake Toyota since buying my Toyota 4Runner there new in 2020, and until recently I had generally trusted their service department. A few days ago my battery died, and when I attempted to jump start the vehicle, the main fuse burned out. I had the car towed to their service center expecting fair and reasonable repair costs.
