Don't call to set up an appointment for service recall with regular maintenance. They mentioned a service advisor will have to call back asap but never did. Went to a different location instead. Perhaps setting up an online appointment is better since there were lots of open slots. Been here a few times through online appointment but the call experience was horrible...

I’ve been taking my 2010 Prius to Folsom Lake Toyota servicing center. They email coupons monthly and have some very good discounts. Most recently I had a brake job completed at a cost much lower than their standard pricing. And with a coupon, their oil change discounts are a great deal. All work they’ve done has been high-quality, no issues, and completed when promised. If you wait while the work’s being done, they have a nice customer service area too. If you have a Toyota that needs servicing, check them out!

On September 19, 2025, I visited Folsom Toyota for a scheduled oil change at 12:00 PM. I was assisted by a service advisor named Derek, whose demeanor was arrogant and inattentive, as he frequently interrupted our conversation to engage with other customers. Avoid Paul Barwick! Dude will try to upsell you on service maintenance when you are here for only oil changed. Will not honor your coupon and make up a reason to up charge you. I have alway come here for the oil change special using the same type of coupon. Never have any issues with the other service advisor but after this experience with Paul Barwick I will never come here again, what a waste of time.
