RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. First of all, I had an appointment for 1:30 pm yesterday (Saturday 7/26) for an oil change for a vehicle that has 5 thousand miles that I bought there. I decided to wait for the vehicle there as I live far from the dealership. At 5 pm, they informed me they couldn’t find my vehicle. Then, at almost 7 they found it but the service area was already closed and no one had access to get keys. At 8:30 a gentleman walked in upset that he had to return as his wife is 8 months pregnant just to get me my keys... read more
I had a great experience here at Toyota. I just recently bought a base model 2025 Tacoma and I love it. My sales man was George sol he was friendly, knowledgeable and was only looking to help me find what I needed. He went out of his way for multiple things I wanted in my vehicle. I totally recommend this dealership, George is your guy!
I wish they were in Michigan. They set me right before a 1,200-mile trip.
My service advisor Joseph Campanelli is the best advisor at any dealership. Always takes my coupons without any pushbacks. He’s honest and doesn’t push for unnecessary services. He is Extremely professional and personable. I’ve been going to him many times in the past couple of years. Also my last inspection was done by Chris Moniz who did an amazing job and so so thorough. Best inspection I've had in all the dealerships I've been to. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.
They overcharged on labor, period. We ask for oil change, filters change, charge and arm and a legs for something I only Easily put on car, like filter part.... 33 for each replace on labor. Then they add their own things, Then the guy who attended me, said, get your broke ass out of here, can't paid for it get the f out, word by word, bet is on camera if I point out the date and time and catch him saying it.... But yall over charging... when customer are specific of things, is not for yall to add on
