*** SCAM ALERT *** Got a message from Adam for a $9.95 oil change so I scheduled an OIL CHANGE ONLY. It took over 2 hours and the bill was $101.24. The $9.95 oil change isn't even in the bill. Looks like they charged full-price. I contacted Adam about a refund and he was worthless. Orem Toyota is the most corrupt dealership I've dealt with in over 40 years. They've lost my business forever.
