You can’t imagine how RUDE they were! I dropped off my car, and when I got it back, the door knob was making a very strange sound. I asked a mechanic to check it, but he didn’t even speak to me. Then I asked the manager (John) to look at the car. He opened the door and said, “It works, so there’s no problem!
