Terrible service — blatant price gouging. They charged $500 for an oil change. Avoid this place at all costs.
You can’t imagine how RUDE they were! I dropped off my car, and when I got it back, the door knob was making a very strange sound. I asked a mechanic to check it, but he didn’t even speak to me. Then I asked the manager (John) to look at the car. He opened the door and said, “It works, so there’s no problem! Broke my car key and charged me to replace it.
I needed to get a wheel alignment performed for my Toyota Supra. I was initially quoted $160, a day later they reached out to me and said that they need to import some parts from BMW and require 6 hours time to do some precise adjustments and verification steps and thus quoted me $1225. This is completely preposterous, so I decided to go to the Stevens Creek Toyota Service Center in San Jose instead. They did the same job for $109 in 2 hours. This shop will sell you complete BS.
