Broke my car key and charged me to replace it.
I needed to get a wheel alignment performed for my Toyota Supra. I was initially quoted $160, a day later they reached out to me and said that they need to import some parts from BMW and require 6 hours time to do some precise adjustments and verification steps and thus quoted me $1225. This is completely preposterous, so I decided to go to the Stevens Creek Toyota Service Center in San Jose instead. They did the same job for $109 in 2 hours. This shop will sell you complete BS. Un terrible servicio, mi hermana tomó el plan de mantenimiento con tarjeta de crédito de Toyota que ellos mismo ofrecieron y ha sido un constante problema para los cambios de aceite y muy mala atención por parte de cristal, le dieron una horario para recoger el vehículo y cuando llegamos ni siquiera habían tocado el carro y ella muy grosera dijo que si quería podía llevárselo sin haberle hecho el servicio siendo las 5:00 pm y que debía esperar una hora más cuando el vehículo se entregó alas 10:40 am del mismo día
Avoid this Toyota service center at all costs! I took my vehicle in for routine service, paid nearly $800, even though I have Toyota premium service package, and expected professional care. Instead, their negligence put my car at serious risk. Their team forgot to close the oil cap, causing engine oil to spill everywhere.
