I wished I could say better about Midlands Toyota service department. But I have been going to them for oil changes since I have had three different Toyota's. I've tried really hard to stay with them but every time I go in for an oil change I always get my vehicles back with some kind of unfinished or forgotten or negligence to finish work on the vehicle. My experience with Toyota is always worth my time. I know most ppl don’t like visiting dealerships due to the cost. But the service advisor I had was Matthew he was pretty transparent and authentic. I’ll definitely be coming back because the service is always good quality and reliable.
