Victor TORRES assisted me. I had hit a pot hole very badly and they squeezed me in without an apt to diagnose the problem and then we set up an apt so they could order the part and get it done and it was probably the best service I have experienced at a Toyota and I have been to several as I have lived numerous places for work. Thank you so so much !!
I left my car on Tuesday midday and up to Thursday, it was not fixed. I have to take my car away and was charged of the diagnostic fee. Despite being treated poorly in the last visit, they provided a great service to me the first time I visited them. Don't just know why I wasn't treated as the case before!
