I have a 2021 Toyota Corrola the battery was bad was still warranty on it and was turn away with no replacement, note I have several vehicles from this same dealership.
My husband and I went to the Toyota dealership with little hope and apprehension, as we had been misled in the past by a "good deal" from another dealership. The person who greeted us was Brad, who listened attentively and walked us through the options with honesty and transparency. We left with an excellent offer and grateful for such dedicated service. I can't say enough nice things about the service center. We've had a really bad experience at a different toyota service center (different state) and it has really put me off with dealing with anyone from toyota as much as I love the quality of the cars. Lakeland has COMPLETELY changed my perception. Wonderful employees, quick and great service and extremely helpful.
