My husband and I went to the Toyota dealership with little hope and apprehension, as we had been misled in the past by a "good deal" from another dealership. The person who greeted us was Brad, who listened attentively and walked us through the options with honesty and transparency. We left with an excellent offer and grateful for such dedicated service. I can't say enough nice things about the service center. We've had a really bad experience at a different toyota service center (different state) and it has really put me off with dealing with anyone from toyota as much as I love the quality of the cars. Call before I come to Toyota Lakeland about Toyota sienna passenger side third row class all in the back they say they have one in stock come next day and the installation guy got the beef another number part number. When will I talk to the installation guy? They say that glass is more expensive. The price going higher instead 434 they ask me 675.
I took my 2022 Toyota Camry to Lakeland Toyota for service and tire rotation. My appointment was for 12:30, and they serviced my car and rotated my tires on time within 30 minutes. They are very efficient!
