Terrible process for servicing whereby you have to join a cue in your vehicle to get in. If they overbook you have to come back another day. Also highly expensive, Would not recommend 👎
I had an amazing experience at this Toyota agency. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to understand what I needed and guided me through all the options without any pressure. The customer service was outstanding, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and professional.
Stuff are always fantastic.
there's no customer service in this place. no acknowledgement when the customer comes in. advised the staff I would be waiting in the lounge. after 2.5 hrs I went outside and saw my car been sitting there. I got to approach the staff to ask about it and they don't even seem to be happy. so the car is ready and no one bother to call the customer. your time is valuable and others is not?
