Outstanding service and attention. Lesly was welcoming, receptive, knowledgeable, and professional. Great staff and a very nice and clean facility, plus a very comfortable waiting area.
No one answers the phone
If you’re willing to wait 7+ hours for your vehicle to be ready, this is the place to go. The staff service, will not address the wait times, nor will you get an updated status on your vehicle. I been to other vehicle services and would not take the whole day. Toyota service in Laredo is a joke.
