This was my second visit to Toyota of Poway’s service department for my 25' Rav4, and unfortunately, the experience was mediocre at best. I arrived 10 minutes before my 7:00 AM appointment to check in for a simple oil change. No one approached me until around 7:10, when a tire specialist came by and told me to wait for my service advisor, Oscar. He finally arrived around 7:15 to check me in. Only reason I give it 5 stars is for Kaleb at service center. He’s a professional and great help. Unlike JD, Kaleb actually communicates and helps. JD is rude and lacks in helping and calling back. If you go here, ask for Kaleb.
I recently did my service in this dealership. When I dropped my car, I asked for regular 50k maintenance service, brake concern, wheel alignment and cabin air filter replacement and other filters replacement if required. Also, explained some kind of grey colored particles are coming out of AC vent on the driver/passenger side. Today I brought my car to the Poway Toyota Dealership for a Recall repair. My Service Advisor, Jessica Macias, went above and beyond providing information and answering all my questions/concerns. While my car was being serviced I requested a ‘second opinion’ regarding other car repairs that were told I needed by another local auto shop. After a thorough assessment of my vehicle it was discovered that in fact those repairs were not necessary.
