I recently took my Toyota Sienna in for a service. I asked them to check the front driver tire as it kept on losing air. They told me that the technician didn’t find anything wrong with it. Fast forward a couple months, I brought the car into Kearny Mesa & they found 2 nails in that tire. Keep in mind, I am driving a minivan with my young 1 year old son. Friendly staff but they did not top off my fluids like they said they would even after i bought their 5 oil change package Coolant level was low and the windshield washer fluid was black colored
I want to share an experience that left me a bit confused. Today, during the initial inspection and general maintenance check of my 4runner, the report showed that the battery condition, cables, and connections all passed and were marked as okay. However, after I explained an issue I had the previous day and asked for an inspection, I was told that the negative terminal on battery was loose.
