Great service center and very friendly and informative
The hot chocolate here is incredible
In and out in a half an hour at no cost!
Although simply a routine maintenance, I was very appreciative of the service and advice given to me by Donna Bender. I was considering need for diagnostic and repair of items and Donna took the time to address and direct me to further help by another rep. Also, I had to return to Service with a check engine light issue and Donna called me during my return to assure I was ok with the vehicle's operation. Great service at Auburn Toyota for my 2019 Prius. Jake McCallum was my service representative. He explained what was needed for the service and asked questions so that I did not have to pay for unnecessary things. He also had my car finished in time for me to get to other appointments. Excellent experience.
