I was highly impressed by the service at Auburn Toyota. Both Jacob, the service representative, and Jeremy, the technician who did the test drive with me, went above and beyond to understand and explain what was going on with my 4Runner. I brought my car in for poor acceleration going up steeper hills, but Jeremy was very knowledgeable and able to figure out just from the test drive what was going on.
