Bought a car there got an oil change while signing paperwork next day there was a burning oil smell upon inspecting they forgot to put the dipstick back oil leaked all over. A few days later the credit union that financed informed me that the dealership had gotten my name wrong on the paperwork. We went to test drive a 2026 rav4 prime with Stefani & ended up driving it home. It was no pressure but such a good experience we decided it was time. Plus the primes seem to be like unicorns & the xse was well equipped. It was on my very short list to replace out 10 yo car.
Knowledgeable, quick and efficient, reasonable price, I like the video they send showing what they are doing during the oil change
I had a problem with the tire pressure this morning, and they fixed it right away.
