We Bought a new car from them which came with 5 free services. This was our first service with them, so we scheduled a day to bring the car down (7) hours of driving round trip, the only thing they did was rotate the tires! They pulled all the filters out of the vehicle and made a video for us of what they look like and put the same filters back in the car!! Popped into Columbia Gorge Toyota for a service regarding a battery issue. Justin was tremendous.
