I highly recommend this dealership. They took me in promptly and completed the job very quickly. The service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to assist me in getting my car fixed. I truly appreciate their efforts.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Driving through town on day 1 of a 5 day road trip with a minor problem that could only be fixed from under the car. In July of 2025 I had a a semi blow a line and shoot debris all over the road that did 7500 worth of damage to my Sienna. This Toyota service department did NOT repair my vehicle correctly. They left the bottom of my car a mess. I had to take it to another dealership. Never trust this service department it’s a total nightmare. This industry needs a lot of regulation. I could have been injured in my Sienna because of their terrible work. I am enraged about this service department neglect and out right dishonesty.
Very happy with services lately. New front suspension feels amazing, they schedule you quickly, offer nice shuttle service rides, always help fetching my kid's carseat if needed. Explain things well and get things done fast and reasonably. Thank you!
