I would give zero starts if I could. I would not recommend bringing your car here for repairs. They were unable to correctly diagnose the issue and advised me to order a new blower motor, which I did. After the part arrived, I was then told that wasn’t the problem and that another expensive part was needed, costing me hundreds of dollars. I've been waiting a week and a half for a phone call from the manager, who was reached out to twice. Initially I had a dead battery. The vehicle was towed to them. The "initial diagnosis" was that it was a blown fuse (not covered by any of the expensive, and this far seemingly unnecessary, waste of money on extended coverage I paid so much more for) because according to the assistant manager, it was likely jumped wrong. I took my 2023 RAV4 Prime in for warranty routine maintenance. Scheduling was easily accomplished online. Service took a bit longer than advertised. The best part of the service is a video provided by the tech conducting a walkaround and highlighting items that need attention. The waiting area is extremely comfortable with armchairs, refreshments, and power outlets.
Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and took off work to fix my brakes before I left on a trip only for them to tell me that the standard inspections were backed up to where my car would have to stay overnight. Why even bother booking an appointment?
Unlike their counterparts in sales, these guys are awesome. Had me serviced in no time, explained any extra services I might need or want with no added pressure to do them.
