The service advisors here are professional gaslighters. I felt the need to take my car here to get the smoothest service since SF Toyota is where I bought my new car, but they've actually been the only place to show an attitude that gives "I don't care. Go away." You may read this and think that's what all dealerships do, but I've been to 4 other Toyota Service Centers this year and interacting with them has felt like a breath of fresh air.
