called to schedule recall repair. waited, to this point, 6 days, after having been told "we'll call right back" would not be too surprised by this, as we have owned several toyota automobiles over the last 30 years. however, we have NEVER purchased one at thst dealership, as their service department response has never been good. 3 of our toyotas have had factory recalls, Carlson Toyota has Never returned a call. No improvement, No change, Stay away & go to another dealer.
Its getting better with the new automotive repair department manager.
1st off, what a beautiful facility! This was my 1st experience with Carlson Toyota & the staff was simply amazing, I had little understanding of the work that was needed on my vehicle and had an in-depth conversation with Adam Zimmerman. He is so knowledgeable and easy to speak with, he truly made me feel at ease & comfortable asking all the questions I had about the repairs. The work was completed in a timely fashion & my billing was accurate with no hidden costs or surprises. I highly recommend Adam & his team!
