Its getting better with the new automotive repair department manager.
1st off, what a beautiful facility! This was my 1st experience with Carlson Toyota & the staff was simply amazing, I had little understanding of the work that was needed on my vehicle and had an in-depth conversation with Adam Zimmerman. He is so knowledgeable and easy to speak with, he truly made me feel at ease & comfortable asking all the questions I had about the repairs. The work was completed in a timely fashion & my billing was accurate with no hidden costs or surprises. I highly recommend Adam & his team!
Spent almost 3 hours for an appointment oil change. You make an appointment, and when you get the car back is not known. Disappointed not for the first time.
