Where do I begin? I had a frustrating experience with insurance on my own, so I reached out to Marcel. He and one of the onsite representatives went above and beyond to assist me. Throughout the entire process, I received regular updates, which I found incredibly helpful. This is my second time using Toyota Collision, and the customer service has consistently been exceptional. I want to express my gratitude to Marcel and the entire collision team who worked on my car. They all deserve raises!
Came in for a routine maintenance for which I had an appointment for. I didn’t get seen until 30-35 minutes after my scheduled appointment but my advisor, Noah Robinson turned my experience completely around. Being that I am a woman who gets anxiety at car shops, he was very good at communicating everything needed for my car. I will be returning, thank you so much Noah!!
I had my car in for maintenance and brake work, and I had a great experience at Space City Toyota. Thank you to Gio for making the whole process so easy and smooth! He was friendly, respectful, and kept me updated every step of the way. I was also able to get a rental while my car was being worked on, and I got my car back much quicker than I expected. A big thank you as well to Marco, the technician. I really appreciated receiving the inspection video explaining everything they found. Excellent customer service!
