Been coming here for decades and bought 4 new cars here. we’re done because the service center has gotten so bad (and expensive - shop around!). This last visit, i took my truck in for service and dropped it off. they said they would call me when it was done and never called. Showed up shortly after 5 and found them closed. Called and talked to some sales manager and was able to come in the next day to get it. but without the threat of me just coming to get it anyway, I would have been stuck til Monday. Had a great experience with Matthew today! Will definitely return to this Toyota dealership with any issues and future purchases. Went to the Hendricks Toyota in Merriam and unfortunately had a bad customer service experience there. I felt like an actual person in Olathe though! I live in midtown so it's a big deal to drive all the way to Olathe but I'll do it before I go to any other Toyota dealership in the KC area.
Always excellent customer service. Everytime I get my car serviced, I get detailed explanations and a car wash.
Over the years, I have come to this place with no problems at all, until today with an unexpected response with one of the service advisors (unfortunately I can't remember his name). I tend to believe I caught the guy, in a bad mood, stressed, or something, because I got there 30min prior to closing to pick up my SUV. I walked into their parts section and ordered a cv axle boot for a 2017 Toyota camry se. They confirmed it will come next morning and then when I called next morning they said it will take 2 weeks. Pure bs. My car is already open in my garage and why did u commit me a single day and took my order then. When inside the service area I spoke with tanner and then ordered parts only after confirmation of next day arrival of those parts.
