Man, been coming here for 12 years, another 6 months another middling experience. So, today I went in with a simple goal; emissions, oil, rotate, and MPI to identify anything else to address. I was late, which was my fault, but then waited 30+ mins in my car for the rep. 2.5 hrs later still haven't heard anything about my car, ping the rep and he'll "follow-up"... how are you not already following up 2.5 hrs in? The service facility is undergoing and extensive renovation. Unavoidably, much is not optimal regarding the service experience. However, the service center is well and thoughtfully organized. The customer flow is good, and the personnel are consistently helpful. Well-stocked, clean bathrooms have been added, but snack/soft drink machines, while in place, were completely empty.
