Compré un auto y tenía problemas en el parabrisas el mismo día no me lo llevé según ellos pa arreglarlo y cundo el día siguiente lo recibí no habían hecho nada estaba igual y hablé con la vendedora y le dijo q fuera par q el manager Victor lo viera y me dijeron q me llamaban al día siguiente para arreglarme el problema y nada q me llamen no recomiendo el lugar venden los carros en mal estado y después q hacen la venta no les interesa los clientes por eso vallan a otra concesionario

Art provided excellent service at the end of the day. Had my blown out tire replaced and he even coordinated insurance coverage.

I usually go to the Toyota location in Bastrop and have been in and out in less than an hour, even as a walk in. This time I tried Toyota South since it’s closer, thinking it would be more convenient but it wasn’t. When I pulled up for my 8:00am appointment, I still had to wait in a line just to get checked in. Even after reaching the service area, the staff went to a couple of other cars that had arrived after me before finally speaking with me. I had a problem with the rear window shade in my 2014 Avalon. When it was in the down position it clattered loudly. I took it in and after examination was told that the motor was dead and needed to be replaced at a cost of $2800+. I declined to have it replaced and asked that it be disabled in the down position. Was told it couldn't be disabled. I told the service rep that I could not drive the vehicle, especially at night, with a black share obscuring the rear window.
