Experience with Debbie is great , seamless and pleasant
8:30am appt that I was early for. All I had scheduled was an oil change and tire rotation/balance. They told me it would take 2-3 hours because there were so many people ahead of me... How many people are ahead of me if I had a scheduled appt at 8:30am?? 3 hours later, they told me I had a bad battery (under warranty) but it took another 2 hours to replace.
