Yesterday, I received the most awful service that I have ever received. I specifically drove 50 miles to and from to have my truck serviced here. It took almost 3 hours of waiting because they lost my order. Because they were then short on time they changed my order, and did not rotate my tires or wash as asked. 5 hours out of my day spent, to not even receive what I asked for. Completely, inappropriate. No matter what the time, they should have completed the order. Now I am forced to take another day off work to go someone ... read more
