After a less than ideal experience with one of Greg’s employees, I want to commend Greg for stepping in and going above and beyond to resolve the issue. He was very helpful, professional, and made sure my truck was fixed to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with him, and I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation.
My 25k service is done and this shop couldn't do an oil change properly. Oil cap leaked oil on the foam inside the engine compartment. I hope they didn't damage my engine, the way it started sounded like it wasn't started after they changed the oil. They are underpaid and overworked its not their fault, and I dont blame the techs for doing a sloppy job.
