Always a great experience with Temecula Toyota service. Came in today for routine maintenance and rear windshield blade replacements. Worked with Shah today who was friendly and informative. Gave me options about extending my warranty that just ended, which I didn’t know I had. As someone who manages a customer service team, I can definitely say I was given top tier service today. Very pleased!
Items stolen from my truck. Reported it to the service advisor and was told he would follow-up. Didn't get a call back so I followed up to be told he would get back to me. Still no call been a month. Take your car else where.
