A pleasure, as always having my car serviced at DCH Toyota. Tom H. Is a consummate professional, that knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient.
Lauren is great and we always have conversations about shopping and she's friendly, professional, and down to earth. Just wish there was the option for a loaner when I bring my car in. I'm not local, don't have someone to pick me up and then bring me back, and I usually end up being there for 2 to 4 hours. Loaner options would be a bonus for people like me so I can get things done while my car is being serviced.
Customer service was great. Parts took two months to come in for my vehicle not at the fault of DCH Wappingers.
