Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a part on Wednesday and drove over an hour each way paying tolls only to find your store closed when your website clearly says you’re open until 10 PM. It actually closes at 7. This is a complete waste of my time, gas, and money due to your negligence. Fix your website and take accountability for misleading customers.

Both Jesus and Kerry were very nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable understanding about our missing parts and was able to order the parts and get them in stock the next day . We are very happy with our experience with their attitude and helpfulness.
They were super nice when I bought the car and as soon as I went to service it, it was night and day! They treated me like garbage and no one ever followed up with me! Do not go to this place , just go to Toyota of Orlando! Way better customer support…
The service department is the worst, the lead was unprofessional and argued with me the whole time! Never will i ever be back!!!!
