I can't say ENOUGH about the wonderful service from the kind and pleasant people at this car dealership. Our salesperson, Joseph, was patient and took a lot of time with us. The manager sat down with us, listened to our needs and budget, and gave us "a nice person deal." I must also mention the contract agent, Ramon, who made singing the contract FUN and informative. We were committed to shopping locally and VERY VERY GLAD that we found a car that will provide safe, fuel efficient mileage for years to come.
Thanks Jeff! I recently went looking to buy a used vehicle. I was a little nervous about the process because I am a woman. I didn't want to be pressured into something I didn't want or need. Jeff Kendall listened to what I wanted and helped me find it without any pressure or feeling like he wasn't listening. GREAT SERVICE Scott Bloom was the best salesperson i have ever had. He knew the prius better than some mechanics i have talked to. If you order one in SLO make sure you get him for a salesperson.
You can't go wrong here... This is an excellent dealership and I got the best price on a new Tundra after shopping 3 counties. If you are concerned about being pressured, if you don't want to be "sold", you MUST see Jeff Kendall. (I think he does all their email now too). He will help you find what you want, not sell you what they have and at the best price to boot. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else.
