State Farm rental
The worst experience of my life is here. Their words don't match their actions. They have zero knowledge of customer service and their behavior is extremely poor.Manager hasn’t minimum manners and so rude as well. It’s my suggestion don’t waste your money where u don’t get minimum respect.
I rented from here multiple times. It's always been great. Until this morning I met a middle-aged/advanced in age woman named Tia who was the worst. I mean the opposite of helpful making this the worst experience to date renting from here. I gathered my items and the bags and had my hands full and asked her to check the door. If I left anything she said they will check it but she was in a rush to give me checked out. It would have just taken her a few seconds to look in the door for me. Very friendly people, helped us get a car last minute since hertz didn’t have our reserved car. I would definitely recommend coming here. Quick and easy.
