Needed a replacement engine for my 2014 Prius. Not only was it less expensive here than any other quote I received, but it was done quicker here than all of the other places claimed they'd do it. I've since brought it back for routine service, and again he's the fastest around.
The best place to take your Prius! I am so grateful that Ken was able to fix it for a fair price after I had taken my car to two other places that wanted to charge an absurdly high amount; plus, the turnaround time was incredibly fast. Highly recommended.
Ken has been a great help in keeping my multiple high milestone age cars on the road. A trustworthy mechanic who helped guide my daughter’s through issues with their cars while they were up in San Francisco. If I have an issue with my car he’s my first call.
Ken is very knowledgeable and knows Prius’s like the back of his hand. My car was misfiring and he knew exactly what the problem was even over the phone. He guided me through my options and gave me his insight on what I should do. I went through with it and my car came out great. I have a new fully rebuilt and upgraded motor that should last me years to come. Very grateful for his service.
Finding a new mechanic after moving is scary, who can you trust? I brought my Prius V to Ken thinking my engine was cooked, and Ken found the real issue and restored the engine running as smooth as ever. He also provided some good preventative tips and took the time to really educate me on what was happening, and what he was doing so I felt a part of the process.
