Long overdue review: Ken to the rescue when my 2005 Prius batteries decided to call it quits after almost 20 years. He put some new OEM batteries in (very quickly! think i only had to wait a day) and as he mentioned, my gas mileage immediately improved and the car’s been running great. If any other issues arise I won’t hesitate to seek his assistance again.
Brought my 2012 Prius C due to a hybrid fault/ would not run. Ken diagnosed it to a bad fuel pump. Also had him fix an AC control issue. He is very courteous and very pleasant to talk to. Very happy with how he fixed my car. This is my first time and have found a forever trustable mechanic.

He carefully inspected the vehicle, identified most of the damage caused by the mice, and worked hard to get me a higher total loss settlement.
