They are unorganized, inefficient, and don’t communicate well. I made an appointment, got there early for the appointment, it took 25 minutes before anyone even came to talk to me. Staff keeps walking around, keeping their heads down trying to avoid contact, clearly ignoring me trying to get their attention. Good place with friendly service with Ether
I had a scheduled service appointment for 10:30 AM and arrived early at 10:20 AM. My service advisor told me the service would take about 2 hours, but I didn’t leave until 1:11 PM — almost 3 hours after arriving. The staff was fine, but the wait time was frustrating, especially with an appointment. If scheduled appointments don’t actually reduce the wait, that should be communicated more clearly.
I want to start by saying that I have never had an issue with the technicians that have helped me here for years but today I came regarding a question I had about my car for a pain issue and the workers that ask you what are you here for that put a cone on top of the car today I had the misfortune to be asked by a hispanic older guy that mistreated me and humiliated me so bad to that point that I stressed out so much and gave mo so much anxiety by his treatment he had no right to treat me like that he even got the nerve to t... read more
