Very poor experience!!! Do not go there! I would rate Zero star if I could. Stopped by to buy some Oem parts for my car, there was a woman who worked there at the Parts Department. When I ordered parts, I noticed that this worker is Very rude, No "Sir", No "Thank you", No "Please". When I said: "Thank you!", she only said: ""Uh huh!" then she just looked down at her phone like I wasn't there!!! I felt as if she just did me a big favor, and I'm not a paying customer at all! Had part in stock. All good except the cashier line. I’m here for $10 Dollar part and this cashier line is super slow I was there for almost 20 minutes!!!!!! Once I was at the counter. The transaction to 30 seconds. Hire a extra person or offset hours better. Or give a cashier to the parts department. This is not an efficient use of peoples time. It’s July 19th 2024 7:12am . I was in and out this time in about 1 minute!
Dishonest service department. So car was brought to Toyota Irvine and they said I needed new rear brake shoes for a brand new car. Brought it here and they said it was still good. My knock is they broke a plastic and didn't even inform me of it and got through the check up in an hour. All is fine right. I'm a bit paranoid with folks touching .y car but since its free and keeps the value up, why not. I double checked the fluids and everything and one was low, brake. I also inspected the rear brake, wasn't bad but wasn't great... read more
