Purchased a new 23 tacoma and then a month later we went back to have a Warn winch installed. After getting home we discovered the license plate holder was installed upside down (more on that later). The first trip out to deep mud area, decided to give it a go. The rope only spooled out about half way before getting stuck (wrapped over itself). Nick in the parts department was excellent! I was looking online for a rear windshield wiper for my Sienna and could not find one that fit so I stopped by the parts department in Wilsonville. They didn't have any full blades, but they did have the inserts available. Nick asked if I knew how to change one, which I did not. He walked with me to my car and showed me how to change the insert so I could do it myself next time. Such great service and he saved me money too.
