When I order oil and a filter online, they usually have it ready in an hour or so, even though the website says 1-4 business days. This is much appreciated. They always help me carry out my stuff as well. You can get like 30% off msrp if you go to their website.
Sales team not friendly or welcoming. Tried to play a lot of “saleman” tricks on me. They low balled me on my trade-ins with zero wiggle room. Then they turned around and put both of my cars right on the lot for 10k more than they gave me the next day. I took the trade, because I really wanted the truck. Always professional and very patient.
Returned a wrong part (Camry 2004 XLE V6)more than the expiration date and the manager was so kind and considered my case that the car was in their shop for more than 2 weeks. I got reimbursed and my car was fixed. More power to you Toyota of Olympia. Their services are fantastic. I would bring my Toyota cars to be fixed by them without hesitation every moment it needed fix. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer service.
I walked in today at 7:30 am. Over 30 people here and nobody wants to help a first timer that walks in looking lost and confused. A bunch of white people don't wear mask while mandate is still in effect. I won't be coming back.
