I had a fantastic experience at Red McCombs Toyota with Jay, Ernest, and Manny in the parts department. Jay was my main point of contact and went above and beyond to help me get the parts and service I needed. He printed out diagrams, showed me what was in stock, provided prices, and guided me through everything in a friendly and professional manner. I really appreciate the excellent customer service here at the Toyota parts store. They have amazing patience and expert knowledge.
I called on Saturday for some parts for my Toyota 4runner. Ernest took my call and was very accommodating in finding the parts and getting them to me by Tuesday. I could not be happier with the customer service provided by Ernest from the ordering to the purchasing, it was a pleasure dealing with him and I highly recommend Red McCombs for parts.
