Deplorable service
Wonderful service department
Purchased a 2024 vehicle in late November. Brought it in a couple weeks later because the bottom piece was dragging on the road (engine splash guard). I was told it was fixed, so I went on with my life….mid January I just happened to look under the car and sure enough the plastic guard was 1 in off the ground—about to be scrapping it. I had to stick my leg under the car and kick it back in just to drive around town.
