Love the staff! When you have to deal with part departments, you’re usually already frustrated going into it knowing the headache that usually comes with it. I can say, that is not the case here. If you're looking for a reliable place to buy parts where they aren't going to ripping you off and make sure you actually get what you need, then look no further. I have a company fleet of 20 Toyota vehicles. No other Toyota dealership parts department will work harder than this place to get you what you need. I have been with the parts department for 5 years. I have only ever been treated kindly, respectfully and courteously. The staff is very knowledgeable.
